CNB Bank in Pennsylvania Appoints COO

CNB Bank in Clearfield, Pa., has promoted a company veteran to lead its operations.

The $1.8 billion-asset subsidiary of CNB Financial Corp. (CCNE) said Friday it has appointed Richard Greslick chief operating officer.

Greslick, who will be responsible for supervising the company's branches, human resources and deposit and loan operations, previously served as senior vice president for administration. He has held a series of management posts since joining CNB Bank in 1998 after graduating from college.

"In a relatively short time, Rich has earned great respect from all levels of employees, executive management and board members alike," Joseph Bower, CNB Bank's chief executive, said in a news release. "He has been instrumental in the growth and success of the bank over the last several years and is a great fit for the executive team."

Greslick, who has completed executive education programs at both the Graduate School of Bank Investments and Financial Management at the University of South Carolina and the American Bankers Association's Stonier National Graduate School of Banking in Philadelphia, will continue to serve as a director of both CNB Financial Corp. and CNB Bank.
