The banking outsourcing provider Online Resources Corp. has come out with a version of its online collections service for small and midsize lenders, billers, and receivables management companies.
The Chantilly, Va., company said Virtual Collection Agent Advantage is integrated with its CollectPay payment service to maximize consumer payment options and minimize processing costs.
Online Resources has offered an online collections system for two years. It said the Command version of the service is in use by four of the 20 leading U.S. card issuers and by one of the three leading receivables management companies. The new version was announced Monday.
Last month Online Resources connected its system with the ScoreNet collections management system from Fair Isaac of Minneapolis, providing Online Resources' clients access to Fair Isaac's analytics to gauge someone's likelihood to pay a debt.
