Collection Agency Acquires Call Center in Jamaica

Mortgage servicer Real Time Resolutions Inc. has acquired Account Outsourcing Group’s call center in Jamaica. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.

Along with the call center operations, Real Time Resolutions has acquired some first- and third-party collection, customer service and BPO contracts serviced by Account Outsourcing Group's call center.

"This acquisition allows [Account Outsourcing Group’s] employees and management the opportunity to join a larger company that offers resolute information security and compliance as well as a high standard of servicing excellence,” said Mike Chiodo, the former owner who will assume the role of VP of business development for Real Time Resolutions. "This will further increase our current offerings to our existing clients as well as facilitate the development of new ones."

Founded in 2000, Real Time Resolutions owns a license to serve as a collection agency and a mortgage servicer. Based in Dallas, the company provides mortgage servicing, contingency fee collections, customer service and portfolio management for financial institutions in the U.S.

Account Outsourcing Group, based in Montego Bay, Jamaica, is managed by Rosetta (Rose) Malcom-Brown and Mia Crooks, who have a combined 29 years of collection and BPO experience, according to the firm. It was not immediately known how many people work for the call center.
