Comerica Bank in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has hired Patrick T. Ramge as a vice president in its commercial real estate lending group.
He will be responsible for commercial real estate business development in Florida and is based in Fort Lauderdale. He reports to George W. Jennings, who heads commercial real estate lending in Florida for Comerica.
Mr. Ramge was vice president of real estate and lodging investment banking at Chase Securities Inc. in New York, a subsidiary of Chase Manhattan Corp.
Comerica Bank is a subsidiary of $36 billion-asset Comerica Inc. in Detroit.
