First Credit Union of Chandler, Ariz., has selected AnyHour Solutions for its call center services.

The $410 million-asset, 42,000-member credit union said it chose the outsourcer for its 24-hour service.

The vendor will not, however, replace First Credit Union's existing call center operations. AnyHour employees will answer customers' calls only when there is an overflow during the workday and after the credit union is closed.
