The Lake Mary, Fla., unit of M&F Worldwide Corp. announced the seven-year contract Monday but did not provide a price.

"Transferring Credit Union One's business solution in-house will allow us to re-allocate all of our information technology resources to our core business, and will better position the credit union for future growth and enhanced member value," Gary A. Moody, the credit union's president and chief executive, said in a Harland press release.

Credit Union One has a service bureau subsidiary, One's Technologies, that provides core processing and other technology services to 18 credit union clients, and has used UltraData Enterprise for 10 years. The unit will outsource that work to a Harland data center in Des Moines. (The exception is Credit Union One, which is one of the unit's clients, and which will now handle its own core processing.)

M&F bought Harland Financial in May and merged it with its Clarke American Corp. to form Harland Clarke Holding Corp.
