Cynergy Data LLC has expanded its contract with Total System Services Inc.
The Columbus, Ga., processor said Tuesday that its TSYS Acquiring Solutions unit is now the New York service provider's preferred provider of authorization, settlement and dispute resolution services.
It did not provide financial terms of the multiyear contract.
Cynergy provides back-office support and payments services to banks and independent service providers. It is a unit of Comvest Group, a West Palm Beach, Fla., investment firm.
