Decision Strategies International Inc., Washington D.C., has hired Richard W. Harms as director of strategic technology.
He oversees the expansion of the company's anti-fraud and anti-money laundering technology practice.
Mr. Harms is a former senior intelligence program manager at the Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and one of its original assistant directors. He had been a consultant for that agency at Los Alamos National Labs. He also has served as chief of the financial intelligence branch of the U.S. Customs Service.
