Eagle in Montana Appoints Chief Financial Officer

Eagle Bancorp Montana (EBMT) in Helena, Mont., has named Laura Clark as its chief financial officer.

Clark will join the $514 million-asset Eagle on March 3, according to the company’s Tuesday press release. Eagle's previous CFO, Clint Morrison, resigned on Dec. 31.

Clark formerly served as senior vice president and CFO of the Bank of Bozeman in Montana. Over the course of 30 years in banking, she has held executive positions at First National Bancorp, Bankers Resource Center, Security Bank, Bank of Montana System and Montana Bancsystem.

"[Clark] has deep roots in our community, and is one of the most respected bankers in our Montana markets," Eagle president and chief executive Peter Johnson said in the release. "We are delighted to have her join our executive management team as our new CFO."
