GLENS FALLS, N.Y. -- Evergreen Bancorp will merge all three of its banking subsidiaries into a single unit, to be known as Evergreen Bank, subject to regulatory approval.
First National Bank of Glens Fails, Evergreen Bank, and Keeseville National Bank will operate under the single structure. The merger is expected to be completed in early December.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
