PrivateBank and Trust Co. in Chicago has hired 12 executives at LaSalle Bank Corp., which Bank of America Corp. bought this month from ABN Amro Holding NV.

The $3 billion-asset subsidiary of PrivateBancorp Inc. has hired Robert W. Frentzel and Jeffrey D. Steele as managing directors and executive vice presidents of commercial banking; C. Brant Ahrens as a managing director and the group senior vice president in charge of strategy and integration; Bluma Broner, Peter Kane, Richard Kress, Michael Monticello, David Sauerman, and Steve Trepiccione as managing directors and senior vice presidents in commercial banking; Matthew Gibbons as an associate managing director and vice president; John O'Connell as a private banking officer; and Joan Schellhorn as the company's chief human resources officer and a managing director at the bank.


SOUTHWESTEncore Bank of Houston as hired Greg Jahnke as a vice president and the branch manager for its Greenway Plaza private client office.

Before joining the $1.3 billion-asset bank, Mr. Jahnke was a senior vice president at Prosperity Bank in El Campo, Tex.


MIDDLE ATLANTICEagleBank of Bethesda, Md., has hired Andrew S. Bridge as a vice president of business banking.

Mr. Bridge well be in charge of the Rockville and central Montgomery County region for the $805 million-asset unit of Eagle Bancorp Inc.

He was the vice president of government sales for Gelco Information Network Inc., now part of Concur Technologies Inc.

In addition, EagleBank has hired Paul C. Boudrye and Vernon L. Kelley as vice presidents and business development officers.


WESTColumbia State Bank of Tacoma has hired Jerri Pavitt as a senior vice president and private banking officer and Barbara Cooch as a senior vice president and private banking manager to the private banking team in Bellevue.

Ms. Pavitt has more than 15 years of financial services experience. Most recently she was a vice president in business banking at Cascade Bank in Everett.

Ms. Cooch has more than 29 years of banking and professional experience. She was previously a senior vice president in business banking at Cascade Bank.
