Executive Changes: MIDWEST

Commerce Bank, Kansas City, Mo., a subsidiary of Commerce Bancshares, has promoted Timothy C. Lawler, Phyllis J. Sarratt, and Molly A. Kerr to vice president.

Mr. Lawler is in the bank's information services division, where he manages the development of Internet and intranet information delivery systems.

Ms. Sarratt, in the capital markets group, is responsible for business development and providing investment portfolio sales and services for the Kansas City market.

Ms. Kerr is in the investment management group's portfolio management division. She manages client investment portfolios and research on health- care stocks.

In addition, Rhonda L. Scott was named manager of Commerce Bank's Wakarusa banking center in Lawrence, Kan. She had been the branch's senior financial services representative.

M&I Data Services, Milwaukee, a division of Marshall & Ilsley Corp., has hired Larry Hutt as a vice president in the relationship solutions division.

He was with Alex Sheshunoff Management Services, Austin, Tex., and established its profitability measurement practice.

At M&I Data, Mr. Hutt will design and implement product and customer profitability systems at client sites.
