Fifth Third Processing Solutions LLC said Wednesday that it would handle automated teller machine and debit card services for two Colorado retail banking companies.

The Cincinnati processor said Legacy Bank in Wiley and Champion Bank in Parker are to use Fifth Third Processing for transactions, to guard against fraud and to market debit cards.
"We are extremely pleased to have been chosen by these two [banks] to provide processing services," Royal Cole, Fifth Third's president of financial institution services, said in a press release.
Fifth Third is owned by the private-equity firm Advent International Corp. and Fifth Third Bancorp's Fifth Third Bank.
