The witness list includes Neal Wolin, the deputy Treasury Secretary; Federal Reserve Board Chairman Ben Bernanke; Sheila Bair, the chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.; Mary Schapiro, the chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission; Gary Gensler, the chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission; and Acting Comptroller of the Currency John Walsh.
