First Security Group Inc. in Chattanooga, Tenn., has named a former executive of the failed Integra Bank Corp. as chief executive of its banking unit, FSGBank N.A.
Michael Kramer is taking over for Roger Holley, who resigned as CEO in April, the $1.1 billion-asset company said in a press release this week. Kramer has more than 20 years of experience in commercial, retail and correspondent banking and credit and risk management. He was most recently a managing director at Ridley Capital Group, a private equity and merchant banking firm.
Prior to joining Ridley Capital, he was president and CEO of Ohio Legacy Corp. in Wooster, Ohio. He was the chief operating officer and chief technology officer for the Evansville, Ind.-based Integra Bank.
