Focus Financial Partners LLC in New York, partnership of independent wealth management companies, announced Monday that LLBH Private Wealth Management has joined as a partner firm.
With this partnership, Focus now has more than $32 billion of client assets under management.
LLBH was launched last year by a team of four advisers who had worked for Merrill Lynch & Co.'s private banking and investment group. The Westport, Conn., firm primarily serves wealthy families in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area, Los Angeles, Florida and Texas. This year 97% of its clients followed the partners from Merrill Lynch to LLBH.
