Foundation Bancorp in Wash. Discloses CEO Departure

Foundation Bancorp in Bellevue, Wash., is searching for a new chief executive.

The $434 million-asset company said in a press release Tuesday that Diane Dewbrey resigned a day earlier "to pursue other interests."

Duane Woods, Foundation's vice chairman, was named interim CEO as the company searches for a permanent successor. He is a retired executive of Waste Management Inc.

Dewbrey joined Foundation in 2006 as president and chief operating officer. She became CEO a year later.
