Fundtech Ltd. said Wednesday that it expects 2010 earnings of between 32 cents and 42 cents a share and revenue of between $132 million and $135 million.

Its projection for adjusted net income per share, the number Wall Street follows, was for a range of 63 cents to 73 cents, bracketing analysts' average estimate of 67 cents.
The Jersey City, N.J., vendor, a maker of banking software for corporate cash management and foreign exchange, said it was not revising its fourth-quarter revenue projection of $116.4 million to $117.4 million. Fundtech said in November that it expected adjusted net earnings of 17 cents to 21 cents a share in the fourth quarter. Its earnings are scheduled to be released Thursday.
