Georgia Bank Selects Fiserv Bank Platform

Pinnacle Bank in Elberton, Ga., announced Thursday it will use Fiserv's Precision bank platform, which includes account processing, mobile banking, bill payment and remote check capture services.

The Precision platform will help Pinnacle keep up with the trend toward more consumers using digital banking, according to the companies' joint press release.

"Pinnacle Bank's clients appreciate the personal customer service they receive from a community bank like ours," said Donna Webb, Pinnacle executive vice president and group operations manager, in the release. "However, that does not diminish their desire to have the latest digital financial services tools available to them. Fiserv solutions will enable us to capitalize on innovative technology to match product delivery channels with customer preferences."

The platform also includes online account opening capabilities and standardized reporting.

Pinnacle, a $568 million-asset company, has 13 branches throughout northeast Georgia. Fiserv is a global technology provider headquartered in Brookfield, Wis.
