John Aiassa, Jr. has joined the businessdevelopment team as Vice President. "John is a seasoned business development executive with deep roots inthe communities in the greater San Jose market and along with his highprofile, brings to Heritage a wealth of commercial real estate developmentand brokerage expertise in Silicon Valley," said Raymond Parker, EVP,Banking Division. Before joining Heritage Bank of Commerce, Aiassa was a partner withMobile Capital in Los Gatos, where he was the lead manager for thedevelopment of the Blue Oaks Town Center in Rocklin, California. With over23 years of commercial real estate experience, Aiassa was formerly withSouth Bay Construction, Pacific Bay Capital, Westwood Company, SimeonProperties, Cornish and Carey and Coldwell Banker. Aiassa is very active in the community and is a dedicated children'sadvocate. He is a founding member and director for the Foundation forAutistic Children's Education (FACES) and along with former 49er All Pro,Ronnie Lott, co founded All-Stars Helping Kids. John is also well known asthe auctioneer for the Catholic Charities Golf Tour for which Heritage Bankof Commerce is a sponsor. Aiassa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administrationfrom the University of Southern California. A third-generation San Joseresident with family roots dating back to 1906, John resides in Los Gatoswith his wife and two daughters.
