HSBC Merchant Services has agreed to offer its merchant clients in the United Kingdom 37,000 payment terminals from the French vendor Ingenico SA.
Ingenico, of Neuilly-Sur-Seine, announced the four-year agreement Monday, valued at $22 million, extending a relationship that dates back two decades.
Besides the hardware, Ingenico will provide installation, training and service.
HSBC Merchant Services is a unit of Global Payments Inc.
