Idaho Credit Union Picks DocuSign

DocuSign Inc. said Wednesday that Idaho Central Credit Union would use its software to electronically sign loan documents.

The Seattle vendor's software replaces a paper-based loan-signing process and allows Idaho Central's members to sign and return loan documents either online or over a mobile device. The DocuSign system allows same-day funding of loans.

"We were totally blown away by DocuSign," Camille Montgomery, the Chubbuck credit union's information systems business analyst, said in a press release. "It flows so well and it's easy — members click to start, click to sign. We're confident that DocuSign is the best fit to streamline and accelerate our loan-signing process to save the credit union time, paper and postage costs."
