The $6 billion-asset multibank holding company said Friday that it has agreed to buy Antioch Holding Co. for $95 million in cash. Earlier in the day Wintrust announced that it had acquired the $260 million-asset Town Bankshares Ltd. of Delafield, Wis.

Antioch is the $443 million-asset parent of State Bank of the Lakes, which has four branches in Lake and McHenry counties in Illinois. A fifth branch is under construction.
