JERSEY CITY - AIG SunAmerica Asset Management Corp. has announced the hiring of Vincent Marra to be a senior vice president and the chief operating officer.
Mr. Marra also is to become the president of AIG SunAmerica Fund Services Inc., where he will handle accounting and technology for SunAmerica's mutual funds, the company said Wednesday. He was chief administrative officer, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer of Carret & Co. Previously, he was president and chief operating officer of Prudential Investments' mutual fund transfer agent and service center.
AIG SunAmerica Asset Management manages $31 billion of assets, including $7 billion in 38 mutual funds.
