Chickasaw Banc Holding Co. in Oklahoma City has filed an application with the Federal Reserve Board to acquire AllNations Bancorp. Inc. of Calumet, Okla.

Both companies are owned by Native Americans. The Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma owns AllNations. The Chickasaw Nation owns Chickasaw Banc.
A story published last month in The Edmond Sun said that the price was not disclosed, but that the two companies expect the deal to close this summer. The regulatory comment period will end July 10.
A representative of the $17.7 million-asset AllNations referred questions to the $84.4 million-asset Chickasaw Banc, which did not return a call for comment.
