Citizens Union Bancorp of Shelbyville, Ky., is acquiring the $45 million-asset Fort Knox National Bancorp Inc. of Radcliff, Ky.
The $688 million-asset Citizens Union has 15 branches in six Kentucky counties; Fort Knox's one branch is in Hardin County. Citizens Union has two branches in Hardin County but none in Radcliff.
The deal was announced Tuesday and is expected to close in the second quarter. The price was not disclosed.
