Efmark-Bantek of Westmont, Ill., the No. 1 independent automated teller machine servicer, announced Monday that it has named Wayne W. Robinson its chief executive.
In January, Bantek West Inc. and Efmark Premium Armored merged to create Efmark-Bantek, which has been run since then by a three-person executive committee.
Mr. Robinson had been the CEO for two companies owned by the private equity company Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
Fred Wich, a member of the executive committee and the former vice chairman of Bantek, said in a press release that Mr. Robinson is expected to expand Efmark-Bantek services portfolio, move the company into additional, complementary markets, and help it rename itself. Hiring him "marks a significant milestone in the integration of our companies."
