In Brief: Ex-Ginnie Chief Joins LoanBright Board

DARTMOUTH, Mass. - LoanBright.com, a mortgage technology company, named Raoul L. Carroll, a former president of Ginnie Mae, to its advisory board.

Mr. Caroll headed Ginnie during the Bush administration. He has also served as general counsel to the Department of Veterans' Affairs.

LoanBright.com, which is developing online tools for mortgage brokers, also appointed to its advisory board: Sheridan C. Biggs, a former vice chairman of Price Waterhouse; Geoffrey Crawshaw, chief technology officer of OpenAir.com; Dennis E. Logue, a business professor at Dartmouth College; and Stuart D. Pompian, a venture capitalist.
