MARLBOROUGH, Mass. - Fidelity Investments has added several features to Fidelity e401(k), its online retirement plan for small businesses.
The features, which include two plan design tools and education and content tools, are intended to let employers assess their 401(k) plan options, build plans, and get feedback before making a final purchasing decision - all online.
One new plan design tool permits employers to customize.
Fidelity supplies online retirement plans to more than 1,250 businesses.
