NORTHBROOK, Ill. - The Allstate Corp. subsidiary Glenbrook Life and Annuity Co. has announced that it plans to rebrand its products under the name "Allstate" for marketing purposes.
Though the marketing name will change to Allstate, the company said Monday, the underwriting and issuing company for the contracts will remain Glenbrook Life and Annuity Co., as required by applicable law and regulation.
Glenbrook, founded 10 years ago, sells fixed and variable annuities as well as life insurance through financial institutions nationwide.
