Goldleaf Financial Solutions Inc. has agreed to resell online banking software from Digital Insight Corp.
Digital Insight, of Calabasas, Calif., said Monday that the Brentwood, Tenn., core data processor would offer its Internet and business banking products to Goldleaf's more than 2,500 customers.
Digital Insight had 1,763 customers at midyear, according to its most recent earnings statement. Of those, 1,513 were using its consumer Internet banking software, and 658 were using its business banking software. It has similar partnerships with other core processors, including Open Solutions Inc., Kirchman Corp., Fiserv Inc., and Fidelity National Financial Inc.
Goldleaf's chief executive, Lynn Boggs, said in Digital Insight's press release that his company sees the vendor's software as one of "the most advanced solutions in the market."
