Old National Bancorp of Evansville, Ind., reported Monday that fourth-quarter earnings fell 10% from a year earlier, to $17.5 million.
Diluted earnings per share fell 4%, to 27 cents, which missed the average of analysts' estimates by a penny as reported by Thomson Financial.
The $8.1 billion-asset company said earnings for the full year rose 24%, to $79.4 million. Diluted earnings per share rose 4%, to $1.20, which also missed the average of analysts' expectations by a penny.
