MasterCard Inc.'s European division has made two high-level appointments.
Last week the credit card company named Pedro Rangel to run the division's marketing group and hired Paul Vandermoere as its head of communications.
Mr. Rangel was a senior business leader for MasterCard's Latin America and Caribbean region. Mr. Vandermoere was director of communications at the airline.
