Midwest Independent Bank, a Jefferson City, Mo., bankers' bank, has agreed to use imaging software from US Dataworks Inc.

The Houston banking technology vendor said last week that Midwest Independent would use the Clearingworks software to prepare and deliver image cash letters. US Dataworks plans to begin installing the software this quarter.
Midwest Independent will deliver the images to its bank clients and to Nebraska Bankers' Bank, the other unit of its parent, Midwest Independent Bancshares Inc.
