London's National Westminster Bank on Friday named Konrad "Chip" Kruger chief executive of Natwest Markets, its investment banking arm. Mr. Kruger is the former co-head of Greenwich Capital Holdings Inc., a Connecticut investment bank Natwest acquired last year. He will report to Derek Wanless, chief executive of Natwest Bank. The bank named Stephen Harris chief executive of a new global financial markets group for its treasury and foreign exchange operations, dubbed global financial markets.
