Northern Trust Corp. has hired Claire Steele to be a senior relationship manager in its European multinational pension fund team.

Ms. Steele is to work from London on coordinating client relationships for a select number of Europe-based multinational pension funds, the Chicago banking company said on Monday. Previously, she was a senior relationship manager at JPMorgan Investor Services for six years.
Northern Trust has a growing network of offices in 15 U.S. states and has international offices in six countries. At June 30, it had assets under administration of $2.3 trillion, assets under investment management of $527 billion, and banking assets of $41 billion.
