POTTSDAM, PA. - Patriot Bank has completed the installation of Sedona Corp.'s customer relationship management software.
Sedona of Limerick, Pa., acquired the customer information management business unit of Minnesota-based Acxiom Corp. last month, and has received a string of new accounts since the acquisition, according to the company.
Patriot is using the software to understand the needs of its customers better, "bringing a whole new dimension of intelligence to our business processes," said Joni Naugle, chief operating officer of the bank.
