Seroka & Associates has introduced a new direct-mail marketing tool for subprime and high-loan-to-value lenders.

Prime Prospect uses information from Experian and Real Estate Solutions to select homeowners in a given geographic area who are qualified and have the capacity to purchase loans.

The Prime Prospect product will save lenders money, the company said, because it eliminates the need for mass mailings. Typically, 99.5% of the direct mail that lenders send is discarded, Seroka said.
