Transaction Systems Architects Inc. has agreed to distribute business bill payment software from iPay Technologies LLC of Elizabethtown, Ky.
The deal, which iPay announced Monday, will let financial services customers of Transaction Systems' P&H Solutions offer the software to their small and midsize corporate clients. The software lets companies manage payees, schedule one-time and recurring payments, and remind users of payments that are due.
Many small businesses use third-party software to manage their cash flow and keep track of payments, iPay said.
Offering "business bill payment software services allows financial institutions to deepen their small business banking relationships," John Insko, iPay's chief revenue officer, said in a press release.
