Beenz.com Sets Up A Hong Kong Office

NEW YORK - Beenz.com announced it has opened an office in Hong Kong to serve China and the surrounding regions.Beenz.com, an Internet currency and loyalty program developer, said it plans to expand throughout Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China this year. David Yuen, president of beenz.com Asia Pacific, will head the new office.

Beenz.com has been up and running for a year and has signed up more than 600,000 Internet users in the United States, Europe, and Australia. Consumers can earn "beenz" for such on-line activities as visiting a Web site, accessing the Internet through a certain provider, and shopping on-line. The "beenz" can be spent at participating sites.


Internet Site Will Show Thousands of Mailings

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. - BAIGlobal Inc., a card industry market research firm, has launched a Web site meant to provide issuers with "competitive intelligence" to increase customer retention and card usage.Inside Track Online will display thousands of images of credit card direct mail pieces, sent to cardholders over the past 13 months.

BAIGlobal has offered Inside Track, a service that tracks credit card usage behavior, attitudes, and direct mail, since 1994.
