INDIANAPOLIS - Sharon Osberg, the former head of Wells Fargo & Co.'s online financial services group, has joined the advisory board of the Internet-only bank, National InterBank.
The bank, a division of First Bank of Mitchell in Mitchell, Ind., focuses on services for small businesses.
Ms. Osberg joined Wells Fargo in 1983 and became head of its online services group in 1998. She left Wells this year and now works as a consultant to Greg Wolfond, chief executive officer of 724 Solutions Inc., an Internet software development company in Toronto in which Wells is an investor.
