The platform includes an annuity comparison calculator, a client proposal generator, and an electronic application tool that helps client quickly apply for a variable annuity.
According to Morningstar's data, consumers with variable annuities are currently paying at least $15 billion each year in insurance fees.
Jefferson National's new platform also features an Advisor Dashboard to view, edit, update and send proposals, emails and alerts. Its web-based demos, tools and educational materials help advisers manage and maximize business online.
Jefferson National Life, which introduced the platform Thursday, serves more than 60,000 customers nationwide.
