JPMorgan Chase Changes HSA Web Site

JPMorgan Chase & Co. announced enhancements Monday to its health savings account Web site. Chase HSA customers can now transfer funds directly from their checking or savings accounts to their HSA and pay their medical expenses online from their HSA, without writing and mailing checks.

"These new enhancements allow Chase HSA account holders to transfer funds and pay bills anytime or anywhere for free," said David Josephs, the managing director of the consumer-directed health-care business at J.P Morgan Healthcare Solutions, the unit that manages the Chase HSAs. "We want to make it as convenient as possible for our customers to manage their accounts."

JPMorgan Chase said customers also can use the Web site to access statements and transaction histories for their interest-bearing cash account and their HSA investment account, set up recurring and auto-sweep transfers, update beneficiary and contact information, and apply for an integrated line of credit.
