Some JPMorgan Chase customers were unable to view their account balances online and on mobile Monday night, according to a ChaseSupport tweet.



Numerous angry Chase customers took to Twitter to write that they saw zero balances when they accessed their accounts through digital channels.

The technology glitch appears to have lasted for several hours. ChaseSupport tweeted that the cause of the customer balance problem was an internal issue.

JPMorgan Chase did not immediately respond to a request for additional comments.

The latest technology issue comes on the heels of JPMorgan Chase's online banking faltering last week, preventing customers from logging on to their accounts due to a denial of service attack.
