KeyCorp Vice Chairman Stevens to Retire

KeyCorp said its vice chair and chief administrative officer will retire next year after more than a decade with the Cleveland company.

Thomas C. Stevens will retire on June 30, the $87 billion-asset company said Thursday. He will continue to serve as a director until the company's 2013 annual meeting when his current term expires.

During the next several months, Stevens, 63, will work with Beth Mooney, KeyCorp's chairman and chief executive, to transition his responsibilities to other executives.

Before joining KeyCorp in 1996, Stevens was the managing partner of the law firm Thompson Hine, where he was KeyCorps's outside counsel for KeyCorp.
