Massachusetts Bank to Outsource Core Processing to Jack Henry

LowellBank in Massachusetts will use the SilverLake core processing system from Jack Henry & Associates (JKHY) to provide enterprise-wide automation.

The $172 million-asset bank will implement SilverLake through Jack Henry Banking's outsourced offering. LowellBank will also implement a range of other Jack Henry banking products, including StreamLine Platform Automation-Deposits, OnBoard Loans Vertex Teller Automation System and iPay Consumer Online Bill Pay, Jack Henry, based in Monett, Mo., said Thursday. Additionally, the bank will upgrade to the latest version of Synergy Enterprise Content Management.

LowellBank has two branches, a lending and operations center in Lowell and 23 residential lending offices for its Omega Mortgage Division throughout southern New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Rhode Island.
