MB Financial's Santo to Retire

Ronald D. Santo said last week that he plans to retire as the group president of MB Financial Bank of Chicago and vice president of its parent, MB Financial Inc., on Sept. 19.

Mr. Santo said he would remain the bank's chairman and a director of the parent company.

He had taken on his positions in 2001, when MB Financial Inc. absorbed MidCity Financial Corp. Mr. Santo had worked at MidCity since 1971.
