Mid Penn Hires Former Codorus Valley Executive as CFO

Mid Penn Bancorp in Millersburg, Pa., has hired Michael Peduzzi as chief financial officer.

Peduzzi, 50, joins the $931 million-asset Mid Penn from the $1.5 billion-asset Codorus Valley Bancorp in York, Pa., where he had been CFO since 2014. He replaces Edward Williams, 52, who had been Mid Penn's CFO since 2009.

Mid Penn did not provide a reason for Williams' departure, and it did not return calls seeking comment.

Codorus Valley earlier this month appointed a new chief executive. Dwight Utz succeeded Larry Miller, who had been Codorus Valley's CEO for 35 years.
