Missouri's Centrue Faces Delisting

Centrue Financial Corp. in St. Louis is at risk of delisting on the Nasdaq Stock Market.

Nasdaq notified the $1.2 million-asset company Dec. 28 that it was not in compliance with a rule requiring it to maintain a minimum market value of $5 million. Centrue, which has a grace period through June 27, said in a regulatory filing Monday that it would consider applying to transfer to an alternative exchange.
