PSM Holdings Inc. of Roswell, N.M., has agreed to buy Iowa Mortgage Professionals Inc., a lender and brokerage based in Des Moines.
The deal should close on Oct. 1. Iowa Mortgage Professionals would become part of a PSM subsidiary called United Community Mortgage Corp. Earlier this month PSM acquired Fidelity Mortgage Co. of Grand Junction, Colo.
